Vintage Moira Stoneware Kitchen Jar | Kitchen Things

A little piece of the English country kitchen.

Handmade in England by Moira Pottery, this vintage stoneware jar brings warmth, character, and a wonderfully nostalgic touch to everyday storage.

Its natural oatmeal-coloured body is beautifully complemented by a rich brown glazed rim and shoulders, while the decorative lettering reading “KØKKEN TING” — Danish for “Kitchen Things” — gives it a distinctive personality.

Perfect for keeping wooden utensils, kitchen essentials, or little everyday necessities close at hand, it looks just as lovely standing on an open shelf or rustic countertop.

The gently irregular lettering adds to its individual character, a small detail that makes this piece feel especially charming.

A practical and decorative addition to a collected kitchen, where even the simplest objects deserve to be beautiful.
